Pros

The people at Illuminate are beyond compare. That is truly the company's great asset in addition to the "flat" organization and awesome culture they have been able to cultivate. Furthermore, there are great benefits that include company-wide bonuses, covered healthcare, and the fact that the work environment is casual. Plus they have a gym on premises - pretty sweet :)

Cons

I am loving it here! It really is such a great company to be a part of! I am excited to witness and be a part of the journey Illuminate is embarking on.
