      Cons

      worked under the management with lock of knowledge, skills,experiences, narrow minded, discourage creativity; took other's credits, lack of leadership. Senor leader offers huge compensation to personal related people, burn investor's money and benefit few people.

      Pros

      I chose this company because I felt like the culture would mesh well with my personality and I was 110% right. Working here, you feel the support from managers from all departments. Tools and training are always available to you when it's needed. Management is always there to provide ways for you to succeed and grow. Everyone has such an open communication with one another that it makes working together very easy. Great benefits. Great people. Pet friendly environment. Unlimited PTO with the approval of your manager.

      Cons

      There's been some turn over in the field but that's usually what's expected with a start-up company.

      Pros

      Amazing technology and people, the executive management staff is top notch and the board is the who's who of the valley. Great place to work if you like to take charge, think on your own and offer ideas that will better the company.

      Cons

      You have to be a forward thinker and self motivated. There are a lot of resources at your finger tips but you have to know how to utilize them and when to ask for assistance, no one will do it for you.
