I love working here as it is a collaborative environment where you can see everyone pitching in truly matters every step of the way. Since I joined, I have always felt welcome. I truly enjoy coming to work everyday. Everyone is so friendly and we all are in this for the long haul because Illumio is a great company working to get our product out there. Trust us, it works! The culture here is amazing - you really get to know one another as we have weekly happy hours where we can socialize and talk to each other as well as other activities based around celebrating other cultures and holidays. Benefits are great! We get catered and paid lunch and you basically never need to leave the office. Plus, healthy snacks, and refreshing beverages of all kinds always stocked in our kitchens. True life/work balance. There is no need to micromanage each other as long as you get your work done when you know it's done. You'll never be bored - I am always working on important projects!

Thank you for taking time to provide feedback—love the enthusiasm! Your request to executive staff to pop by more and strike up conversations was passed on. As we’ve grown and more than doubled over the last year it’s true that there are more and more demands on leadership’s time. To balance this, we’ve introduced more ways to stay connected such as our Q&A sessions hosted by a rotating member of our execs and ‘ask me anything’ threads on our internal messaging app. I’ve also been asking for invites to meetings I normally don't attend. I would love to be on your list for your next staff meeting or collaborative gathering. Thanks again for the dose of encouragement and suggestions.
