Pros

It is good place for engineers if you want do do unchallenging work with little learning needed.

Cons

Engineering is low calibre from the processes to the tools. Hard to believe this is a silicon valley company. Still doing things like management woke up from a 20 years sleep. Projects added, projects dropped, no results.

Good pay, but that’s about it

Pros

Pay. Product works well. The end.

Cons

Sales leadership is terrible. Can’t speak on engineering/other departments, but retention is god awful, everyone leaves. Company now going through another round of funding (round Z?) & for what? Because our sales “leaders” can’t forecast correctly ever & IPO is highly unlikely in the next decade. Why do our “sales leaders” still have jobs? Equivalent to engineering making a product that doesn’t work ever.

Great Product, Bad People.

Pros

Overall it's a great product but not a hotcake. I was there just for one year+, lots of goodies like t-shirts, patagonia bags, jackets, free food, good benefits. Everything is flashy flashy and colorful.

Cons

People with very bad attitude at multiple levels are the problems. High pitch shoutings in meetings. No proper training. I've talked to many people, absolutely not many people know what's the companies product is exactly. Everyone thinks that they are already millionaires, many are day dreamers and no one shares any info. people are very insecure to share the knowledge. Come on folks, you help newbies to help the company grow. No one cares your experience/ambitions, they just dump some work you just shutup and do it.
