Mundane. Just a job. All of the management left with the former CRO who had loyalty throughout the company. CMO was a star but she took all of her peopl. CPO, co-founder, head of BD, all left because of the tyrant CEO. Board has a problem

Cons

Too many to mention. The problems start at the top. CEO isn’t likable and employees want a new leader across the board. Look at the break rooms, they are packed with people interviewing on zooms.

Fantastic work/life balance, positive and collaborative environment.

Cons

Retention could be better. Feels like there's constant turnover and change, but a part of this is definitely expected in a startup environment.
