I can see how it might seem like a good solution to prepare for the worst during a time of so much global uncertainty. Fear based management by particular insecure e staff member creating a horrible culture. Everyone avoids this person in the office. They do not treat employees with respect.

These take the shape of 360s at all levels, monthly team huddles with an anonymity Q&A option, pulse surveys and Slack ask-me-anything channels.
