      Interesting technology in an ever-evolving space

      Pros

      Illumio has great benefits and awesome facilities. Employees are really taken care of when it comes to keeping them energized by hosting small employee get together every week and special food choices throughout the year. It seems like management is pretty open to understanding your career path and helping you move towards your goal over the years. The people from every department are friendly and approachable with any questions or concerns, all you have to do is talk to them about what you need. Lastly, it seems like a great product that more and more companies worldwide are starting to realize they need to implement to help reduce or facilitate a breach.

      Cons

      The downfall is it's a startup; which means there are still a lot of stuff in the tech stack that don't always work correctly and needs to be constantly brought up to try and get working correctly. There was a shift in some leadership that no seems as though they are bringing Illumio in the correct direction for the better. The trials and tribulations of the startup life is testing out different options and seeing what works best moving forward, which can be a little frustrating at times.

      Great Team, Great Technology, Great Opportunities

      Pros

      Great cooperation between different teams. Everyone is aligned on the company's strategy and objectives. Competitive salary and equity comp.

      Cons

      The company is experiencing some growing pains during increase in headcount over the last year. However, management understands that what worked for a company of 150 will not work for a company with a headcount of 3x that, and positive changes are being made to accommodate the growth.
