      I love the team that I work on. We're extremely collaborative, innovative and fun.

      Cons

      We lack interactions with other teams outside of our own orgs. If we work on innovating through cross-collaboration, this will bring the company closer together towards a collective goal.

      Solid company and product with room to grow

      Pros

      Great product at its tipping point - Best in class companies and references automated at scale - The best Engineering organization I have had the pleasure to work with - Companies are still buying firewalls but they are starting to see the value in Illumio - We retain and grow customers

      Cons

      - Illumio had a few false starts and a negative perception in the marketplace that I have not experienced - Positive and negative, we have grown slowly by choice. We don't have a lot of customers but the customers we do have invest in us strategically

      Great product, awesome people, bright future

      Pros

      The product is simply amazing. It's a game changer, a total paradigm shift from how companies previously attempted to segment their network. With Illumio, it's a breeze and is accomplished through software control and orchestration instead of problematic datacenter firewalls or SD LAN. The people are driven, talented, and aligned, the company has newfound momentum, and exciting roadmaps and initiatives on the horizon. It's an awesome place to work.

      Cons

      As the company is being set up to massively scale, there are growing pains associated with getting everyone on the same page and adopting processes that may be new to them. This is to be expected and is proving to be very short in duration. Sometimes change, even for the better, can be a little painful, but the right thing to do.
