Hi there and I love your review's headline - I certainly agree with your summary, and am personally grateful for what you and your SE colleagues do for our customers and our company. You get to see our tech up close and personal as it helps customers achieve their goals, all of which is made possible by the smart Illumineers we have across the globe, as you mention. I also agree with you that we're a fast growing company, and sometimes folks dislike the pace of evolution and development in an environment like ours. We're doing our best to support everyone through the change journey, and are open to feedback on where and how we can continue to do better, to include making sure everyone across the career spectrum - as you mention - has a voice and a seat at the table. As you know, we're in the middle of our goal-setting process, and soon we'll kick off our 360-degree feedback process, followed by our mid-year employee engagement survey. Across the leadership team, we'll be paying close attention to what we hear from Illumineers and we'll work to implement the best and most prominent ideas. Thanks for keeping the feedback coming!
