      I love working here as it is a collaborative environment where you can see everyone pitching in truly matters every step of the way. Since I joined, I have always felt welcome. I truly enjoy coming to work everyday. Everyone is so friendly and we all are in this for the long haul because Illumio is a great company working to get our product out there. Trust us, it works! The culture here is amazing - you really get to know one another as we have weekly happy hours where we can socialize and talk to each other as well as other activities based around celebrating other cultures and holidays. Benefits are great! We get catered and paid lunch and you basically never need to leave the office. Plus, healthy snacks, and refreshing beverages of all kinds always stocked in our kitchens. True life/work balance. There is no need to micromanage each other as long as you get your work done when you know it's done. You'll never be bored - I am always working on important projects!

      Great products & people, and an exciting place to work

      Pros

      Hot startup with awesome technology with an enormous opportunity ahead. Illumio is a fast-paced growth company with a collaborative culture. People are great to work with. Execs are approachable and easy to talk to. Lunch and dinner is catered daily. I have been with Illumio for a few months now and love working here...

      I can’t think of any cons right now... It’s a fast paced startup, but everyone is excited to pitch in and help...

      Fast-paced, but Fulfilling Opportunity

      If you are looking for an opportunity to learn and grow as both a person and a professional at a fast-paced, rapidly growing start up in a HOT industry, Illumio is the place for you. From Day 1, you will be owning projects, taking on responsibility, and impacting the overall business, regardless of your role or department. The team is whip smart and supportive. The culture is good and getting better and the company is on a legitimate rocket ship.

      Cons

      Much like any start up in Silicon Valley or elsewhere, things are moving a million miles a minute and that can feel stressful and overwhelming at times. But your experience at Illumio is dependent on what you put into it. Invest in others and others will invest in you.
