      Pros

      * Very high caliber team - everyone is wicked sharp at what they do. You will be challenged - bring your A game! * A fun and diverse team - good mix of fresh college grads and seasoned veterans, provides a good mix of fresh energy with industry experience. * Building a real company. We are creating something new - this is not a "20% better" version of an existing product category. It is a brand new product category that requires hard work, perseverance, and creativity across all parts of the organization. * Impressive list of customers for such an early stage company.

      Cons

      * Not the right fit for everyone - creating something new is hard work and requires flexibility and adaptability. * Moving fast sometimes results in not all parts of the organization being aligned

      Pros

      -Fantastic Product. Game changing technology and great engineering team. Best of the best. -Great funding. Focus on building a great product and Infrastructure to support future success. Management placing big bets on people and processes driving scalability and velocity to market place. -Very passionate CEO and Executive team. All functions very driven to make Illumio very successful. Intense customer focus and helping the customer be successful with Illumio product. -Very fun place to work if you like your mind exercised on a daily basis. Great people who all want to make a difference. All functions from Engineering to Finance are customer focused. -Great snacks and food selection for employees. Friday all-hands are great especially with beer selection. (On-Tap and great bottle selection!!)

      Cons

      -Moving very fast. Take a moment to celebrate success with employees and the team. -Continue to drive transparency across the organization. Great progress to date. Keep it up! -Parking is a challenge sometimes and bathrooms get crowded occasionally.

      1. Lack of focus on customer adoption process, especially smaller enterprises 2. Features driven by a small pool of very large customers 3. Product team lacks direction 4. Attrition rate, especially from the sales team 5. Lack of transparency 6. The engineering process is uninspiring and sometimes counter-productive 7. No guidance from engineering management, especially when things become problematic 8. The company has become very political
