      1. Compelling Security Technology to address their defined market drivers. 2. Excellent development engineers 3. Reputable customer, According to Website, Morgan Stanley is a major customer 4. Strong funding

      Cons

      1. Requires customers to change their security operational model which can lead to long sales cycle 2.Not convinced management understands the sales dynamics of selling this technology considering the current customer security operations 3. Considering the above, sales are not subsantial and long sales cycles

      Focused on building a large and successful company

      Pros

      * Disruptive solution that solves real security challenges for enterprise customers. * An Impressive list of paying customers that are deploying the solution in production. * Strong customer focus - customer feedback has been part of what gets built from inception to this day. * Enough money in the bank so everyone can focus on building a successful company and not worry about money. * Very strong team both inside and outside the building and from top to bottom. Extremely talented and capable people who are extremely passionate about what they do. * Work hard and play hard culture - people work really hard and have a lot of fun at the same time * Everything is built (product, marketing, support, ops, documentation, sales, finance) with the assumption that we will be a large and successful company. There are no short cuts taken.

      Cons

      * It's a demanding environment. May not be a right fit for the faint of heart. * A lot of good food, snacks, and drinks can put pressure on your physical well being. But, there is free gym membership and an on-site yoga class to help you out.

      Pros

      The product idea has great promise. They hired some experienced systems engineers. They had a large VC investment.

      Cons

      They ignored customer feedback on product direction, dismissing them as un-educated and ill-informed. They stifled experienced engineers with a canned presentation from which they may not deviate and ignored their feedback on product direction. They blew the funding by spending like drunken sailors.
