Professionalism, Respectful, Supportive, Energized, Community. Illumio is a great cutting-edge company and I'm excited to work along side so many talented professionals. There's an incredible amount to learn but many avenues to get up to speed, like self-paced training, instructor led training, weekly study group and knowledge sharing sessions.

- Great place to work and collaborate with different teams, from support, sales, Professional Services, Implementation, People's team, and customer! - Customers are partners, we all work together - People's team are the best, where they go above and beyond to assist you with you onboarding and during your employment - Great benefits, depends on where you are located - Great place to learn in deep networking - Company focused on one only product which is great that makes it a leading company in microsegmentation technology - If you work from home, they will provide you with a choice of yours, a Macbook or Windows laptop - Private stock as well - Health and Dental benefits coverage - Managers are great as well, no micromanagement as long your care about the job and complete your projects - There is an opportunity for growth within the company

Cons

- You need to have the skills, as most of the training is self-paced training and you will need to rely on your expertise to resolve technical problems - No RRSP company plan for Canadians employees - No work from home expenses covered, be ready to invest and set a budget for your home office - Be ready to set a budget for a home lab server tower if you really care about learning product and test it - On-call for Professional Services on weekend (shift every couple of months or so)
