      Great People But Lackluster Time Management

      Pros

      The people can be great, the benefits are OK, the management is somewhat flexible with personal schedules, and the job is ever-changing.

      Cons

      Communication is terrible, time-management is awful (no one seems to understand urgency), and the company is reluctant to embrace new technological advances which would make for an easier work environment and better access to customers.

      Pros

      My boss is flexible with my schedule if I have personal business to tend to. Most people are nice. Pretty ground.

      Cons

      Benefits are not competitive, especially paid time off. After your 1st year, you get 14 days. You have to be at ILSCO 8 years to get any more. Pay raises are meek. There aren't any perks. Over the past 8 years, the company has found ways to give us less and less. There's no incentive to be your best because the raises will be 3% a year at best.
