Pros

Left a secure, long-time position with DXC Technology and have no regrets. This company, since the first interview, has had the feel of a startup on the verge of something great! Eager to push the envelope of instituting new technologies and business process. The employees are very friendly and welcoming, and the dress code and environment are relaxed. The benefits reasonably good and recent addition of some optional remote working is an excellent perk.

Working for a small company provides you the opportunity of wearing many hats and working closely wth senior management, not to mention the camaraderie amongst your coworkers. There 's been a lot of growth/structure in the past year.
