      Miserable experience

      The workplace and office were nice.

      Cons

      Your life becomes miserable about a week after you start working there. You will soon realize you've made a horrible career decision and then you'll spend the rest of your time at this company wondering what you did to deserve having to work there. Oh, and upon being hired, you'll have to sign agreement saying that you won't write a negative review.

      The company allowed remote work especially during these times of crisis.

      Cons

      Small companies come with a couple of issue. A lot of employees are frustrated from the lack of organization of internal systems. From the size of the company, it should be a lot more manageable compared to the big ones. It makes the competency of the management questionable.

      Pros

      The employees are what makes this company special. Their hard work and dedication to success shows in the level of customer service provided and the quality of product they produce. Management works hard to treat each employee as part of the family, and it resonates in the culture and high retention rate. I really like the strategic direction of the company and future outlook for the product suite. Office HQ is located waterfront on the Puget Sound with views of the state capitol, Mt. Rainier, and Olympic Mountains.

      Need additional meeting space at HQ and not enough company-wide functions
