Small companies come with a couple of issue. A lot of employees are frustrated from the lack of organization of internal systems. From the size of the company, it should be a lot more manageable compared to the big ones. It makes the competency of the management questionable.

Incredibly disorganized, very few people at HQ interested in doing their jobs, emails and requests largely ignored. Very poor business planning. Planned projects nearly always dropped onto unsuspecting technicians as emergencies with no warning regardless of current workload. Managers dishonest and vindictive.
