Pros

There is autonomy to do my projects and management provides a lot of support. I take a lot of personal satisfaction from the work and enjoy spending time with my coworkers. People are genuinely interested in doing a good job and the company is growing substantially.

Cons

The company culture and general mood of the office tends to revolve around the successes (or failures) of the sales team.

Pros

Good group of people in entry level departments.

Cons

Very little accountability held to those with responsibility. Lack of communication across departments. Less than desirable physical location and terrible compensation and benefits. Short-sighted managerial decisions resulting in loss of talent and morale. This company started off very strong a decade ago and now it's a little remarkable that it is still operational.
