Everyone I work with is excited about the company’s mission and passionate about the work they do. The company culture is infused with a strong sense of integrity and a fierce commitment to collaboration that promotes a level of excellence and goal achievement I’ve never before experienced in a work environment. Happily, we are a team of doers and can-doers.
Cons
While the company seems large, there does tend to be a compartmentalization of activities as would happen at a much smaller company that makes it difficult to work independently. This is only really a con when there are gaps in communication or misunderstandings. However, efforts are being made to improve this.
