Pros

- People working there are generally very nice - 9 to 5 work culture - Work from home is an option but it's uneven

Cons

- Salaries are laughably small for the majority of the team - Burn out culture is alive and well - Training and mentoring is non existent - Short contracts mean you'll be used and discarded - Very cliquey. If your face doesn't fit they won't keep you - The most important managerial roles are filled by people who work from home 95% to 100% from home. You will never see them and they will do no actual people management - Management will lie and gaslight. You may be promised that there's another project coming, only to see your contract run out without renewal. You may be promised a bonus, only to be told you 'don't qualify' - You'll be hired for a junior role but will end up doing identical work as a senior employee on half of a salary - HR is still useless - People they end up hiring are rarely well read or particularly educated

Pros

Great people on the team who are passionate about doing the best for students

Cons

Lousy onboarding and training - very much a "do it yourself" kind of situation. Difficult for someone coming from outside the company who doesn't know their products or protocols. Lots of "assuming"
