Pros

You get a paycheck bi-weekly

Cons

lack of integrity; lack of structure; lack of transparency; lack of empathy; the CEO is a bully and scares people into completing tasks; women are objectified; one can easily be replaced by a person in India; no work/ life balance because the CEO is constantly breathing down everyone's neck.

Pros

1) Growth: Imaging Endpoints is a great company to build a career and make an impact. Employees are encouraged to be honest with their managers - and they'll help you reach your professional development goals. 2) The Culture: There's a culture of excellence and employees support each other. 3) Support: It's important to feel supported with the benefits you need, the transparency during times like these to know what's happening, and the peace of mind to know that when we return to the office (from remote work), the company has its employees' health and safety in mind. 4) Diversity: Imaging Endpoints looks to diversify its talent at all levels of the company. Our employee resource groups, and the support they receive from HR, are an asset

Cons

Frankly, I can't think of any cons. Sometimes mediocrity is tolerated for longer than needed although expectations are high with employees who perform well
