Pros

Good pay, better management than any of the local facilities besides travel agency. Cared more for employees.

Cons

Some hostile staff, unreliable/unprofessional IT assistance, non clinical trained management being unrealistic with expectations.

Pros

I love the residents and the atmosphere of this job

Cons

There is no communication between anyone things get twisted and its hard to talk to the boss sometimes and there is no maternity or parental leave as of what I was told

Cons

Every six months they lay people off or let them go. Too many managers, about 35 for less than 275 employees.
