Hi there! We completely agree. We are working on ways we can better tell the story of Immanuel and the impact we make in Nebraska/Iowa. Good First Job, I could've chosen something better but not many regrets.

Pros

A good relationship with both other staff and those I cared for. Management was decent.

Cons

Pay could've been higher for the amount of training and extra work I had to do. Stayed overtime nearly every day in Lighthouse. Mental health wasn't necessarily cared for either.
