      There are none. Not enough staff, not enough equipment or supplies, but plenty of work and hours.

      Cons

      Management does not care who is hired or who shows up. As long as a warm body is there, that’s all that matters. They can be horrible in resident care and speak no English.

      Immanuel is the most amazing hidden jewel in the mid-west! I love working in an environment where what I do makes a difference. I see my efforts impact the seniors we support every day and I am surrounded by fellow employees who care about me , as well as those seniors we support. I feel so lucky to work with amazing people at a place where I get to leverage my personal talents every day.

      Best coworkers I’ve ever encountered. Work as a team and feel like my second family. Manager and director are involved of take staff suggestions serious.

      Staffing can be difficult at times but that’s healthcare these days.
