      Better than working in a Restaurant!

      Pros

      Great hours, benefits that are always being reviewed and improved upon, very good general vibe of caring and kindness

      Cons

      With all of the changes being made there have been some growing pains, and it is taking a minute for the company to get around to checking the market value of every position so some pay rates are not yet competitive.

      Pros

      -Great wages -Effective Team Communication -Great benefits -Plenty of PTO You are given plenty of opportunities to excel in terms of learning through access to sites like Plural-sight and an education stipend so that you may continue your education. Immanuel serves its residents, employees, and community with its CHRIST promises and it shows. Immanuel has plenty of opportunities to connect with other co-workers and to serve our community. I really feel like a part of the team here and I enjoy being able to represent a company that has values that I can stand behind. I love working here!

      Cons

      Some of the management is very hands off with the people they supervise, but if you enjoy creating your own work and not having to check-in all the time, maybe it wouldn't detract from working at Immanuel.

      Fair pay, generous PTO, benefits, great work/life balance for cooks (most shifts usually end by 7), multiple advancement opportunities, great work environment

      Cons

      The hiring process can take awhile, but it IS worth the wait!
