      Pros

      Inspirational company values that I see walked out each day by staff and leadership. We get to serve seniors as they age with dignity and respect. Immanuel is generous to its staff and to the community.

We actually held a Manager Boot Camp yesterday for our new leaders on understanding the importance that encouragement can make within their departments, so we're always very excited to see how they can take the information and implement it in their own unique and awesome way.       Pros

      I’m not sure I’ve ever worked for a company so into their mission, it’s very refreshing! I love my coworkers and all the people I get to serve. I feel like they really listen to their employees and work hard to meet their needs.

      Cons

      There’s always a joke in the office that we’re “Immanuel Nice” here. Sometimes we can be a little too nice and tolerant of certain behaviors.

      Hi there - Everything from reading a devotion before a meeting to naming our conference rooms after our CHRIST promises is part of keeping the culture central to everything we do! We appreciate the feedback on everyone being welcoming too. Accountability is an important part of keeping our culture in tact, so striving for fairness is something that is top of mind as well.
