Pros
It's a family like environment. Most managers are approachable. Once you've worked there awhile, it can be flexible. They recently added HR and this was helpful.
Cons
The benefits are not good, hours are long and pay is uneven. Since it's small, there isn't a lot of room for advancement.

Pros
- The pay is good for my position (I am an hourly worker and I get paid above minimum wage) - Flexible Schedule ( I create schedules with my manager to best fit my availability and some of my work can be completed on the weekend) - Friendly environment that makes you feel welcomed
Cons
- Sometimes work load can increase suddenly and keeping track of all the assignments can be a challenge - Work can easily consume a lot of your time if you let it pile up on you
