Cons

Company is too distracted, very difficult to actually accomplish things as the strategy (or lack thereof) is constantly in flux. Career advancement is very random/politically driven.

Everything is going downhill since merging with NantWorks Family of Companies

Great Pay, Decent benefits and ambitious goals.

Cons

Not a Quality based company since merging with NantKwest, cutting corners in GMP and GDP is incentivized by managers. No defined roles for individuals, titles are meaningless since people tasks don't reflect titles. No accountability of departments and most middle management positions held by individuals with little or no science background. Not really a data/fact based company now since NantKwest merger and very little transparency. Poor communication, Managers are never present and have a "no email" policy, which is suspicious. I would not want to be here during an FDA audit.
