If you are willing to learn, plenty of other people's slacks to pick up and learn. A lot of new projects to pick up and own.

Cons

little room for growth, very little employee appreciation, ok management, HR that spends more time checking Glassdoor reviews and star ratings rather than employee well being and employee engagement.

Cons

Not enough direction from upper management, not enough sharing and no employee appreciation is shown, small steps to show your employees they are valuable makes a huge difference
