      Great science, good people, poor management

      Pros

      The pipeline is very wide so there are many interesting projects to be had. Lots of money spent on R&D. People are very nice, welcoming, and helpful.

      Cons

      Management does not do a great job balancing projects and having things steady. Always a bit of a dumpster fire

      Leadership lacks direction and backbone—decisions are made without a plan. Constant rework due to poor planning, leading to wasted effort. Layoffs every few months (10-30 people at a time), creating a demoralizing environment. Favoritism dictates mandatory attendance rather than fair policies. Employees are expected to say "yes" to everything, regardless of feasibility.
