Management has a lot issues.. Different groups in this company don't work as a team aiming to one goal, but the leaders or management just take care of themselves and some of their own teammates. They all want themselves to look good and ignore many issues and problems under the table so that they get promoted sooner. This company also doesn't let their employers feel inclusive but just getting paid and getting job done. That's it. No career development chances...
