      Pros

      Good managers and leads who help employees to grow personally and professionally but All of them are leaving one by one.

      Cons

      The company is lead by a person who himself has not cleared certification but forces others employees to do so else they will be fired. Company believes in replacing its employees every 1 to 2 years. The incapable HR believes in spoiling background verification of any one who wishes to leave the company with his own will. This is a Hire and Fire organization.

      No career and growth Stressful environment Lot of politics and favouritism Lot of attrition Bad policies Salary always get deducted Bonuses are paid less

      1. You can easily communicate with top leadership. 2. You get to explore new technologies , as there are many short term projects in-house.

      Cons

      1. They don't have good appraisal process, hikes are merely done. "Might is right" gets whatever they want. 2. Micromanagement is too much. 3. Gossip goes like wild fire. 4. HR is too bad , doesn't even know basics . Not even salary division.
