Good salary hike at the time of joining only. Even with 2.5+ years of experience, you can expect 14+ LPA. Also, you can demand a joining bonus.

2 or 3 months notice period(check with HR) No work from home policy Not good working environment(too much politics)

Don't join the marketing team of this company. Your knowledge does not matter. You only have to work like a robot. They fired 5-6 people every month. I joined this company as an Email Marketer. I worked there only 2 months and in those 2 months, I don't work independently. I was very mentally tortured. I can't explain in words. But I really request to you guys please please don't join the marketing team of this company. Otherwise, you will also cry with tears.
