      Its been a month with Impact QA and as the name suggest it has a - "Positive" impact. Leaders are very supportive, great knowledge and always there for guidance. Employee centric culture leading to great motivation and continuous development. Lot of scope for growth and learning. Flexible time gives a good work life balance. Great team to work with .

      Pros

      Get your self humiliated and threatened by new owner Sanjeevni. Very easy to get a court case on your resignation. They file compliance case of you resign from organisation. If you are a girl, you can be easily called by cooo in cabin for a personal meeting which can take you to good heights in organisation in exchange of some minimum terms.

      Cons

      Not at all a safe organisation for women, JP is answerable for multiple women occurrences and co make fun of this thing in whole organisation. This is a hire & fire organisation. They will spoil your background verification after your resignation. All expert leader have already left this organisation or on contract. all newly join will soon face this problem
