      Pros

      I joined ImpactQA as Business Manager, a good company that is well organized, compared to other small and medium IT companies. There is a transparent relationship between employees, managers and the top management. I find HR department very supportive which makes a plus factor for the new joiners. I have the opportunity to grow and advance knowledge-wise, position-wise as well as income. I truly fell like a part of the ImpactQA Family. I am happy to see that I will make a solid living in the industry in the near future.

      Workplace that is pleasant for employees. HR personnel goes above and beyond to patiently and cheerfully address employee issues. I appreciate ImpactQA's dedication to its employees in terms of team building. The smooth onboarding procedure and warm greetings from HR to managers keep happy and strengthen employee confidence. Everyone in the organization, from HR to the CEO, is a point of contact for employees, which promotes transparency in the workplace. The company is fortified and strengthened by management's constant connection and feedback mechanism with employees, as well as the teams and work culture.
