      Pros

      Good exposure to work in different tools and technologies. Nice work environment, perfect place for the freshers to learn at a basic level, good appraisal system, well-organized management. the best part is that the manager are cooperative.

      lack of training facility .. slow appraisal

      # Healthy work environment. # US process & culture. # Everybody is always ready to help you out. # Multiple projects. # Opportunity to interact with Clients on Daily Basis(Mostly US). #In house training sessions on new technologies. #Offers overall growth.

      Cons

      HR Department is more process oriented than usual which sometimes leads to delay in resolution of issues but no issue is left unattended that is for sure.
