I have been in ImpactQA for 2+ years and just left the organisation. 1. I enjoyed my tenure in the company and learnt a lot in first 7-8 months only 2. If someone wants to be in testing in NCR region, this is the company to join as in few months only Managers and leads will guide you to learn new skills and take up the challenges. 3. They have now become very employee friendly company by updating policies and now they seems to be very employee friendly be it office timings, travel policies etc. 4. Now they are becoming female friendly organisation as well by helping lot of females to join as they have in house creche as well also they are flexible with timings and take care of security things for the team members 5. Lot of new people have joined from big organisation and in few weeks only they tell colleagues/managers that learning is immense in this company as compared to big brands

JP (Founder & CEO) of the company helped me every moment of my professional career at ImpactQA. JP helped visualizing my weak areas and how I can improve on those and achieve my career goals with ImpactQA. 4. Mutliplatform growth. I got opportunity to work with some great technical minds at ImpactQA. Worked on different technologies & tools at ImpactQA. I would say tremendous learning & grooming. Management cares and motivates employees to enhance their career skills (e.g. certifications, Writing case study, whitepapers, journals, Tools & Technology POC) 5. HR & Admin pays close attention to your queries and promptly share update/feedback 6. Strict with policies however employee friendly. 7. Competitive salary compensation.
