      Pros

      Some flexibility with schedule. Opportunity to make good money.

      Cons

      If you are not part of the inner circle, you are nobody and treated as such. There are no opportunities to advance unless you become friends with senior directors, and do what you are told. If you want to become their puppet, you can advance within the company, but you are still told what you can and can’t do. And if you are a women, and work in their technical staffing group, you will never be in a leadership position.

Our vision is ‘to be the world’s most trusted staffing company – trusted by our people, our customers and our investors in equal measure’, and a key part of building trust with all of our stakeholders is transparency. With regards to your other feedback, due to the coronavirus pandemic we’ve recently encouraged all meetings to be held digitally and have invested in the necessary technology and training for our people to continue to deliver on their promises without the need to travel.

      If you are able to be managed by a strong leader you will be able to build experience in a chaotic, poorly managed business which lacks strategy and the ability to keep to it's core values.
