Pros

Overall a healthy team environment is encouraged. Most low-middle managers are proactive and have strong experience in their field.

Cons

Lack of internal communication is terrible. Also, lack of vertical opportunities for current employees. Benefits are terrible! Example: 6 months before eligible for vacation time.

Pros

Enormous growth, so I feel security in my job. Amazing team, both my peers and my management team. My manager trusts me to do my job and she is not a micromanager, she is outstanding! I am truly working with the most professional team I have ever worked with and I couldn't be happier. Great benefits, including tuition reimbursement!

Cons

I really don't have any true Cons other than maybe there are many brands under the Impellam umbrella so keeping that straight and really knowing the details about each group.

Pros

The office was kind of pretty. Sorry, that's all i have.

Cons

There was no job description provided by the staffing agency that made the placement. The interview mentioned implementing a new system, not creating one, hence there was nothing mentioned about non-stop data entry for 300 employees, 25-30 fields for current setup, 6 fields for prior year-to-date data) The benefit package is awful. 1000 hours at 40 hours a week have to be worked before getting 401k benefits. Even though I was working over 50 hours a week, only 40 hours a week counted towards benefits. Health benefits start at 60 days. No benefits information was provided at time of hire. I was simply told that it’s the average benefits package. I would take fault for not researching things a bit more but there really isn't anything out there for Guidant Group. Hope this review saves you!
