Flexible hours, new management team is amazing, some employees can telework each week, competitive pay

Traffic. The only con for me personally is the drive since I don't live near the city.

There aren’t many. Met some great people here, but many of them have now left. Decent work / life balance. Good London location.

Cons

Minimal benefits, almost zero investment into staff development, no clear strategy as to how to take the company forward. Lags behind pretty much all of its competitors.
