Decent Company dealing with difficult times for the industry in innovatave ways. Good Opportunies if you are forward enough to approach them. Reasonable in attitude to flexible working.

Cons

Not always competative in Salary Bandings. Industry changes mean a flux in Management, structure and motivations

Cons

Lots of transition., in leadership which led to many iterations of what the company would put their focus and attention to, for growing revenues/margins.
