Pros

Good benefits. Vacation, holidays, and 401k.

Cons

Terrible incompetent management. Management continues to make bad decisions. The company is trying to push out the great Lorillard employees so they can hire cheap incompetent people from other countries. Recently there's been a large hiring spree of people from central and south America. This company is so worried about hiring DEI employees, the talent and quality of workers is terrible. If they promote people they don't announce it because they know other employees will get upset. Recently an incompetent DEI employee was promoted, while other strong hard working employees wait from 15 to 20 years to be promoted.

Pay for job role carried out is extremely poor, Toxic culture in management and above levels, too much pressure to perform to the same levels as well established staff from day 1, no proper support from management - just constant criticism
