- Pay and health benefits can be decent (at least in my role) - Full remote possible (at least in my role) - Lots of really cool folks in the trenches - Decent cultural diversity

Cons

- Systemic problems are handled by finding somebody to blame - Very male-dominated (yes, despite having a female CEO) - Lots of crunch due to team sizes being far too small - Bad compensation for certain roles - High amount of bureaucracy - High resistance to change - Expertise is very siloed
