1. Work life balance 2. High quality of product. At its core it is very intersting 3. High level of coworkers 4. Stability 5. Nice people and quite pleasant environment 6. Location & time working from home

Cons

1. Very old code and versions of programing languages 2. Very old tools and overall technologies 3. Low amount of new develpment. Mainly dealing with maintaining existing code and dealing with existing customers escalations. 4. terrible HR department 5. Only base salery - not options, no stocks, no bonuses 6. Very limited and narrow options of promotions
