Pros

Imperva is a great company with an important core product and advanced and new technologies, framework and services. The management is always pushing to hear from the employees, and we do see that things are getting improved when needed. There are tones of career oppurtunities, and actually the management itself talkes about it with the people, so this is realy a unique thing that i didn't see in other companies. The culture is great.

Cons

Maybe more fun events, or a company trip is needed, however lately we started to get more of these also.
