Pros

Apache Druid, the underlying database technology here is powerful and under-appreciated. The community leaders inside Imply are kind, big-hearted people, but also under-appreciated.

Cons

We are losing momentum against bigger, better funded rivals like ClickHouse and Apache Pinot, whose feature sets and communities are expanding faster than ours. Our SaaS launch was too little and too late.

Pros

-Fantastic people, they truly care about you and value your contributions. -People aren't shy about sharing constructive feedback to help you grow. Lots of kudos and appreciation are shown as well. -Great collaboration amongst the teams. -Everyone has a "roll up your sleeves" attitude and will do what needs to be done -Lots of support from leadership across teams -Competitive compensation and great benefits

Cons

We are growing and still scaling, with that comes some ambiguity at times.
