Pros

Incredible group of people working together to build something truly ambitious. Imprint's business model requires high levels of cross-functional coordination across the organization only achievable due to the high-ownership, low-ego folks present on every team. Company culture exemplifies the best of a high-growth technology company; everyone is working together to solve hard problems and enjoy themselves while doing it. The company offers incredible mobility for strong performers looking to scale their role or try something completely new. Leadership team is accessible and is always willing to dive into the weeds of the problem.

Cons

None, incredible place to work.

Pros

Imprint is a place where you can truly own your work and make a visible impact. The team is incredibly sharp, thoughtful, and collaborative — there’s a high bar, but people are supportive and aligned around winning together. Leadership is transparent and ambitious, and you get exposure to meaningful strategic decisions early on. The pace is fast, but in a way that feels energizing rather than chaotic. If you’re motivated, proactive, and want to grow quickly, this is a fantastic environment.

Cons

It’s a fast-moving, high-expectation culture, so it’s not the right fit for someone who prefers a slower pace or a highly structured environment.
