Pros

You get the ability to build skills quickly and work at a rapid pace, sharpening both strategic and operational muscles. You’re exposed to complex problems and are encouraged to dig deep to get to the root of issues. The team is still evolving, but people work hard and genuinely care about the company’s success. You end up honing so many skills across different areas that it can meaningfully accelerate your career trajectory.

Cons

Career paths aren’t always clearly defined, and leadership roles tend to be very hands-on rather than supervisory. Communication can be inconsistent in a fast-moving environment, though the team is open to feedback and course correction. Those looking for more structure or a slower pace may find it challenging. Hands-on visionaries will thrive here - people who like building, solving, and executing.

Pros

Imprint is a genuinely great place to work. The people here are helpful, kind, and willing to roll up their sleeves—there’s a real culture of jumping in to get things across the finish line. I’ve felt a lot of camaraderie and togetherness across teams, and it makes a big difference day to day. The leadership team is also very knowledgeable and invested in helping people do their best work. They encourage growth, give you opportunities to stretch, and will truly invest in your development. I also want to shout out the People team specifically: they’re doing excellent work building scalable systems and automations that support the entire company. You can feel the impact as processes become clearer, more consistent, and easier for everyone.

Cons

Like any fast-moving company, priorities can shift quickly and there’s always a lot to do—so you need to be comfortable with change and moving fast.
