Pros

Imprint has given me the opportunity to work on meaningful, innovative projects that push the boundaries of co-branded credit cards. There’s a strong culture of collaboration, and I genuinely feel supported by a smart, skilled, and motivated team. Leadership cares about fostering a fulfilling and energizing workplace, and my direct supervisor sets a great example. The company’s core values drive our work, focusing on quality, transparency, and goal-setting, and I appreciate the rigor we apply to processes—from Compliance reviews to Marketing. With many hands-on projects, I’ve had a chance to build my skills in product launches, press relations, and cross-functional collaboration. I've also been encouraged to lead projects and share knowledge, which fosters a great sense of trust and growth. The team dynamic is a standout—there’s a real sense of “one team,” and it feels great to work with people who not only know what they're doing but are also open to sharing insights and helping each other grow. Imprint has an ambitious pace, which keeps things exciting, and we have access to tools that support performance tracking and optimization, which I find invaluable.

Cons

Like any fast-paced environment, the workload can be high, and with the aggressive goals, it's essential to be proactive about balancing tasks. Performance evaluations, compensation, and workloads have been recent discussion topics, and while there’s room for improvement, I appreciate the company's openness to feedback and continued growth.

Pros

The free health care is the only thing going for them.

Cons

Though they try to pass like they aren't, this is a startup. If you work in client service side, you are literally on the front lines of the battle between upset clients and poor decisions from management. Everything taught during training is a walking contradiction and they implement products and programs that don't align with the business or their clients. Just whatever is a fast check.

Pros

exciting to be part of a start-up

Cons

A few members of the management team pretty much run the company while all other managers' opinions are ignored. The job will be presented to you as one role, but be prepared to do two people's worth of work or don't bother taking the role. Also managers tend to move the goal post so don't expect honest feedback for your work as they will always find something that you are not doing even if you are going above and beyond.
