Pros

- Exciting and fast paced work on extremely interesting challenges in the lending and payments space - Quickly growing team and company with success even in a tough economic climate - Highly motivated and focused team with company/team offsites in CA/NY and much more

Cons

- Like any startup there are could be more standard operating processes. Processes and priorities can change quickly as the business and infrastructure develop!
